Prize Award Rules A detailed overview of our respondent incentive program. No purchase necessary. Open to legal residents of the USA and Canada (excluding Quebec), 18 years of age or older at time of entry. The drawing for prize award winners from the eligible participants in a survey takes place on or about 30 days after the survey has been closed.

To enter, complete the survey and provide email address where indicated. Answers to the survey questions are used for research purposes only. All online entries must be received by the closing of the survey (normally 5 days after the initial invitation to participant is emailed). A completed survey enters you into the prize drawing for the specific survey or group of surveys being taken, the scope of which is set out in the invitation to participate in the survey. Your odds of winning the prize specified in the invitation for the specific survey or group of surveys varies, depending on the total number of respondents. Historically, total participation in past surveys has ranged from 100 to 20,000 respondents. Random prize drawings will be held on or about 30 days after survey is closed. All entries received before the survey is closed will be included in the drawing. Limit of one prize per family or household per month.

Persuadable Research Corporation (PRC) reserves the right to not award incentive or prizes to persons who attempt to defraud the survey process by submitting false information, completing multiple responses to individual surveys, either with the same or different identifier (currently email address, but not limited to this means) or by any other means, whether the method is known to PRC or not at the time the fraudulent activity was performed.

Persuadable Research and/or its clients assume no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by survey participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the drawing. Persuadable Research and/or its clients reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this drawing should a computer virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of the Persuadable Research and/or its clients corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the sweepstakes. Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any website, application or data or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Persuadable Research and/or its clients reserve the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Prizes vary per survey and will be drawn for participants in a particular survey or group of surveys. Winners will be selected in random drawings from all qualified entries received. Winners will be notified by email. Winners are required to respond with a complete notification email within 14 Days of notification date on the email or an alternate winner will be selected. If the alternate winner fails to respond within 14 days of notification, the prize offering will expire. No additional alternate will be selected. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winners. Prize is not transferable. No prize substitutions. Odds of winning based on the number of entries received. Limit one prize per family or household. Drawings will be conducted by Persuadable Research Corporation whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to these drawings.

Employees of Persuadable Research Corporation, clients, sponsors, its agencies, distributors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated companies, participating advertisers and media, employees, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Immediate family member is defined as husband, wife, children, mother, father, sister, sister in-law, brother or brother in-law. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. Entry into this promotion constitutes permission to Persuadable Research and their agencies to use winners' name, address and/or likeness for purposes of promoting the services of Persuadable Research and/or participation in future surveys without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Persuadable Research and/or its clients reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Entrant recognizes and agrees that survey information will be made available only to Sponsor. Winners agree to release and hold harmless Persuadable Research Corporation, its agencies, employees from injury, death, loss or other liability that may arise from the acceptance or use of any prize or their participation in this promotion.

A listing of the first name and city/state of the prize winners may be obtained by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope and the name of the survey to Persuadable Research Corporation, Corporate Woods 6, 8900 Indian Creek PKWY Ste 220, Overland Park, KS 66210. Requests must be received within 90 days of the close of the survey.
